Is there a way to set the default payment status to paid? Specifically for on-site payments? It would help us utilize the finances page a bit better since the payment amounts won't be 0 when exporting them to a csv. Would be awesome if there was a way to change it somewhere.
There's no way to do this with the plugin's settings and existing features, but I'll reach out to our developers and check with them if there's a way to do this.
For now, you have to change the payment status manually to paid and update the amount. We will look into setting up a URL that you could call by cron that will automatically do this if the appointment has passed and is approved.
Please include me on the resolution of this. It's a very important feature for me.
The other thing I need is an active drop-down in the finance page to allow quick manual update of payment status, the way that appointment status can be changed. It's too cumbersome to navigate the menus to do this currently
