We use WooCommerce -> Stripe with Amelia. I want to confirm what I'm seeing in the finance section of Amelia is to be expected.
The Amelia Finance portal shows transactions as pending (attachment #1) even though the two services used a $0 coupon and the one package was purchased with a credit card online.
WooCommerce shows they were completed (attachment #2) and the employee approved the client service as shown in the customer portal (attachment #3).
This page https://wpamelia.com/admin-finances indicates that Stripe and PayPal automatically get a "Paid" status. Is that still the case, even when a $0 coupon is used? Also, does Amelia have plans on integrating better with WooCommerce? All the data is there so I do not understand why it would not be able to.
For this purpose, you need to set up WooCommerce rules in Amelia.
You can choose which appointment, event, and package status in Amelia will match which order status in WooCommerce. When you change the order status in WooCommerce it will automatically be changed in Amelia. By default, you have three rules for status correlation, “On-hold”, “Processing” and “Completed”, but by clicking on the “Add rule” you can create more correlation between Amelia and WooCommerce statuses. When you click on that button a new section will appear with the following options, that you need to set:
“Order” dropdown, from which you can choose one of the WooCommerce order statuses that you want to correlate with status in Amelia
“Apply On” is where you can define the rule which will trigger the change of the appointment status, and that an action can be either order creation or order update.
“Booking”, here you choose the status in Amelia you want to correlate with the WooCommerce status, depending on if you are creating a rule for appointments, events, or packages.
Lastly, on the “Payment” dropdown, you can choose the payment status that will be set, once the order is WooCommerce is created or updated.
I already have two Woo rules set in Amelia, On Hold and Completed - see first attachment.
The second attachment is how the On Hold rule is set.
The third attachment is how the Completed rule is set. My Amelia transactions are "Completed" in Woo so I think they should show as "Paid" in Amelia Finance.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Note, I removed several test transactions, leaving the real transactions and one test transaction. Attached are the screenshots for the test transaction (shows Pending in the financial summary but it should show as Paid) and when clicking on "details" it does show "Paid."

Hi Uros,
Just checking on the status of this ticket.

Hi Uros,
I have not seen a response to this ticket and it is labeled as "Closed."
Has this issue been looked at yet? If not, is it going to?
I created a WP admin account for Amelia but don't feel comfortable having an admin account without 2FA hanging out there.
Please advise.
Brian
Hello Brian,
We will include the fix for this in the update, so we will no longer need the WP admin account on your website.
In the meantime, please let me know if you have any other questions.
