I seem not to make this work; I incidentally make an appointment by phone. I then wish to confirm this appointment but I cannot seem to choose the agreed starting time as Amelia finds I need to comply to earlier settings. Making appointments (with fixed duration) in random time slots -within the working hours- is therefore impossible.
I;m sure it is possibly just one box I ticked of didn't tick, but I cannot figure out which this is... Please help.
Hi Uros, I'm not sure how to explain this in another way but I'll try.
I see that when a client wishes to book an appointment, Amelia automatically takes the duration for the appointment as a fixed time block in my schedule. For example I would like too book an appointmet that takes 1,5 hours (with 15 minutes standard time in between appointments) in the morning. I get two available time slots; one starting at 9.30 and one starting at 10.45. 10.00 is however impossible to choose. Not even by myself if I choose to.
How can I make this work so I can book appointments on a slot that I CHOOSE, not Amelia ;)

Hello Marielle,
Thank you for clearing that up.
For that purpose, you can disable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option on the Amelia/Settings/General page.
Please let me know if that works for you.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
