I would like on our events that the amount of seats booked not show to our customers. we are finding since people know many seats are available they are waiting until last minute to book in on events. I cannot find the setting to make sure it is not visible

You can change this through the Customize 1.0 section.
When you access it, select the form that you're using from the drop-down (Events List or Events Calendar), then click on the pencil symbol and scroll down. In there, you'll see the "Capacity" Visibility option:
And when you scroll a bit more down, you'll see the "Spots" availability option:
Turn them off, and the customers won't be able to see the capacity or the remaining number of spots.
