When users first make a booking, they are presented with the "manage your bookings" link and they are able to set up a username and password to access the customer panel properly.
However, when a customer tries to click the "forgot my password" link, they receive no password, even though the dialogue says "email with access link has been sent"
I have tested this myself with a separate email address, and can confirm the messages are not going to spam. Customers and employees are successfully receiving other store notifications, like successful bookings and such, so I know my notifications are working.
If a user goes to wordpress' default login page and presses "forgot my password" they receive the link properly.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
