Our organization offers Services and Packages (Packages are a collection of Services).
For example, we offer a 12-Week coaching package that consists of one 60 minute coaching session plus eleven 30 minute coaching sessions (with Text & Email Support).
1. When this package is displayed in the portal, the "In Package:" description looks like it only consists of two sessions (one 60 minute and one 30 minute) - see the first attachment. The package contents are only visible when clicking on the "Continue" button and seeing the "About Package." The concern is that a potential customer might not bother clicking on Continue based on the "In Package:" description.
Q1. Can the In Package description be edited or can Amelia enhance it by adding the quantity of each service? (Like you do in the Package includes: after clicking on Continue)
2. Also, the In Package description has a bullet after the first item as opposed to a bullet in front of each service item - see the second attachment.
Q2. Can Amelia improve the In Package text formatting?
3. In the package details (when clicking the Continue button - see third attachment), there are service icons that appear to be auto-generated "6M" and "3M".
Q3. How are those generated and can they be changed?
1. This can't be changed at the time being, but I'll reach out to our developers and see if they can include it in one of our upcoming updates. Basically, the 1st screen is there to inform the customers which services are included in the package, and after they click on "Continue", they see the details of the package.
2. That's a separator that's included in between services of the package, it's just that the name of the service is long on your end, and it looks like it's a bullet point at the end of a row. This is how it looks with services with a short name:
This too can't be changed, but I'll forward it to our developers as well, hoping they'll be able to include these modifications in one of our upcoming updates.
