We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hey Gang,
I'm going to have regions that we serve as locations:
How can I set these as locations of service? WHILE makings sure in the appointment the customer can add information like the SPECIFIC ADDRESS LOCATION.
Maybe even the customer can put their phone number in the appointment for when I access the appointment in my Employee access section.
Hello Justin.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can add all these locations in Amelia/Locations section and then assign them to your employees.
Each employee needs to be assigned to a default location, but you can change the location where the employee works through his/hers Work Hours Section. You can assign Bronx to him on Mondays, East Manhattan on Tuesdays, or Harlem on all days from 09:00 - 12:00, then Think from 12:30 - 16:30, or you can assign the employee to all locations on all days by editing the Work Hours.
To allow customers to add a specific address location, you can use the Address custom field.
The phone number is one of the default fields for the forms, so if you haven't disabled it through the Customize section, it will appear on the form.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
