Clients can NOT make a payment using PayPal or Stripe. This happened after the new upgrade with Amelia. PLEASE help.
Hi there.
We can't test this since you're using the Live credentials, but when you're performing the test, can you please open the console in your browser (hitting F12 on your keyboard) before you reach the payment section?
When you pay (or attempt to pay), navigate to the Network tab, and you should see a red line, like this:
Click on it in order to see an error message. Since I used the test card, the error message is simple and states that I used a test card in live mode:
Please let me know what the error message is on the "Preview" section.
