Mañana debería hacer la actualización de la subscripción, pero me gustaría renovarla por a una categoría superior. ¿Cómo puedo renovarla con el Amelia Pro en lugar del Basic?

Hello Carol.
I can see that the subscription has already been renewed.
But that's not an issue, since the upgrade pro-rates the charge, so you won't be paying more. If you access our store you'll see the Upgrade option:
When you click on it, just proceed until the end and you'll be only charged the price difference between Basic and Pro.
Once you upgrade the license, please note that you'll need to update the plugin by downloading the Pro installation file (once you upgrade) from our store, and manually update it.
You can follow one of the manual update methods and update the plugin using the Pro installation file.
