We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I'm trying to connect my employees to their Google calendars via Employee Panel, functionality that was used normally.
However, in the last system check, we noticed that the connection is no longer possible.
When testing from the backend, no issues occurred. So I imagine the problem is only related to the Employee Panel.
All Google Cloud Platform settings are correct. We even managed to check the app to use it the way we needed it.
We inserted the panel shortcode in a new page, without modifications or js codes, which could be responsible for the error. Still, the connection could not be made.
We tested the unavailability with 3 different users to make sure it's not a profile error.
I send along with this ticket, videos and prints to better illustrate my problem.
Thank you and I look forward to some help!
Hey Vitor
I can't replicate this issue on our end (see the attached video).
Maybe the issue is with the Employee Panel being on two pages but I tried this as well, and it's still working fine for me.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello again Alexsandar!
Shortly after sending you the access data, I decided to deactivate some plugins and, shortly after deactivating "Yoast SEO Premium", I managed to make the connection.
I saw that recently another user had a compatibility issue between another plugin and Amelia. As soon as possible, I will contact Yoast support to request a solution.
Thanks for the support!
Hey Vitor.
Thank you for letting me know!
Would you mind letting me know what Yoast's support responds?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
