Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Please check these points:
1. Are these services visible on the site?
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included:
In the example above, the employee is assigned to 3 services, but 2 newly added services are not automatically assigned to the employee's working hours, even though they may be assigned to him/her in the Assigned Services tab. If you want the employee to work on all services that you have, you should clear this selection, and every new service will be added automatically.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
5. Check the shortcode on the front-end - if you (for example) used [ameliabooking category=1], and you added the service to Category with ID: 2, the new service from category 2 will not appear in the front-end.
Okay... so my Elementor Pro account was disconnected with putting back backups and recent versions. I cannot get my website to connect anymore. Most o the shortcode was on a popup, so that does not work anymore.
Which means there is nothing for you to do to try and fix it now. The whole website is fucked. I try to put a backup back on Monday. I'll let you know when things work enough or you to take a look.
So, my Elementor Pro Account has not yet been activated, but somehow the bookings are working again. Just to end up with the next problem:
Some events just ad smoothly to the events backoffice, some absolutely don't want to be added... tried the same event 6 times with different settings... just always the same result. Click save... wait to refresh... no refresh, event visible and open again... saving another 3, 4, 7 times and then clocking close... no event in the backoffice, obviously nothing in the website visible.
Very very very annoying.
And... for us quite important: Are there no direct links to one event? Is that not possible? How do we link to our event on social media then? You have a suggestion? (and yes, I searched your support pages)
And another question: can I use variable prices when using WooCommerce? I thought that could be the problem, but also with simple pricing, the same problem occurs.
I'm going to doublecheck what's going on with the appointment booking, but that seems fine now. I did run the update you just released. Maybe that did the trick.
So it's been a while... I change hosting providers, I threw out a lot of my plugins, and made the website a lot simpler. So everything seems like it's working now. Thanks so much!! (Oh, and I figured out what I could not save events: there were emoticons in the description... apparently that does not work).
Since everything is working now, I'm gonna close this ticket, but I have one more question before I do: Did I miss something or is it correct that there are no direct URL's to separate events? I would like to direct potential customers to a single event...
That is right, at the moment, there is no automatic way to create unique URLs for each event, but you can manually create pages and on each page add a single event with the following shortcode:
[ameliaevents event=1] if you want to show only the event with ID 1 without its recurring events.
Please let me now if you have any other questions.

Hello Uros,
Everything you asked me to check, I already checked! That should all be setup correctly.
And that you for responding to my frustrations!

Thank you for your patience.
I could not log into the back end of your website admin page, can you please let me know if it works from your end?
Looking forward to your reply.
