We only need one category so I set up our Amelia booking page with the short code, [ameliacatalog category=1]  as suggested. Unfortunately, the color of the tiles does not match our branding color of green. How do I change the colors for this?

    Thanks.

    Hello Ellie.

Colors can be changed through the Customize section.

If you're using the [ameliacatalog] shortcode, you need to use the Customize 1.0 section and select the "Catalog Booking Form" from the drop-down menu.

If you're using the [ameliacatalogbooking] (new) shortcode, you need to use the Catalog Booking Form 2.0 section in Amelia/Customize.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Aleksandar,

Thank you for that info. It was helpful. Unfortunately, I am still having trouble configuring Amelia for our bookings. We only have one category with 3 services. Following the info I got from your website, I tried using Booking Forms 1 so my customers would not have to select a category with the shortcode [ameliabooking category=1]. I liked the way that looked with three tiles across on the desktop for my 3 services. Unfortunately, the color or the calendar does not change even when the color is changed in the configuration. Also in that version, each service is configured for a maximum of 12 people but, that is not reflected in the last two services in the pull-down menu for "How many additional people in your party." It only shows 2 or 3. The drop-in service is fine.

Since your email below, I thought I would try the new booking form.  So I added the shortcode to my test page. Tried with and without the category=1. My customers still need to click on the category before they get to the services. How do I fix or change this? Not only that the number of additional people in the pull-down for the two parties is still 3 or less.

I'm sure I am missing something here.

    Thank you.

    Hello Ellie.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
