We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I am redesigning my website.  There are features offered by the hosting on their marketing package which I would like to use on my site.  For more clarification to my questions, please checkout my temporary site at www.LionHartSound.com.  There you can click on the Prices tab and it will bring you the features in my question?

Does your plugin offers the following features:

Multiple bookings on the same time slots and days (this feature is not available on the current temporary website)

Show availability in real-time (this feature is not available on the current temporary website)

SMS & Email notifications and reminders (this feature is not available on the current temporary website)

Appointment services grouping (this feature is available on the current temporary website)

    Hello there.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Customers wouldn't be able to book multiple appointments at once (we're currently working on a "Cart" option, so that should be available in the near future), but they would be able to purchase multiple time slots in a single day (one by one). Also, you can configure the custom duration of each service, so customers can choose "1 hour", "2 hours", "3 hours" etc. The price can, of course, be different depending on the duration.

    2. If you don't configure the "Minimum time required before booking", customers will be able to book now-for-now, but all booked time slots will be blocked on the front-end, so that should cover the availability in real-time. For example, if someone books March 16th at 4 PM that time would be blocked for others.

    3. We do have Email NotificationsSMS Notifications, and WhatsApp Notifications (WhatsApp integration is only available in the Pro or the Developer license of Amelia). Other than using the default reminders and follow-ups, you can also configure Custom Notifications.

    4. You can configure group appointments if you define a Maximum Capacity of service to be above "1" so multiple people would be able to book the same appointment. Grouping Services is only achievable by configuring Packages, which are also included in the Pro and Developer licenses of Amelia. Basically, you'd be able to include multiple services in a package, and either define the total number of appointments in that package, or the number of appointments per service.

    Kind Regards,
