Hello.

I cant activate the forminator form plugin. What to do??

Hi, kim.
I can see from the screenshot,
it seems that you have not installed all the required plugins.
Please make sure that you have installed and activated these three :
1. wpDataTables ( Lite or Premium version)
2. Forminator Forms ( Free or Pro)
3. wpDataTables integration for Forminator Forms
If you do not have one of these three plugins ( and add-on) , it can not work, that is why you see this error
