Is it possible to not show custom fields in step by step booking form? I don't want them to show to the customer on the front end. Is this possible to do with the built in Amelia settings? I don't see an option for it in the Amelia > Customize settings.

The reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.
The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link to the booking page, and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.
Our speed plugin, Nitropack, was preventing it from showing. Let me know if you see it now, and what need to do to hide custom fields in the new step by step booking widget.
I originally set it to run on the same page inside Elementor > Custom CSS. Looks like I got it to work after moving it to the WordPress appearance > customize settings.
