    Hi

I have two queries about a recent booking I've set up please and would really appreciate some help.

The events for me on the back ends are showing correctly, they should be and are showing as 7pm-11pm however if I go incognito some events are showing as 8pm-12am which is not correct. I've double checked each event times and they are definitely inputted as 7pm-11pm. I am in the UK and I've asked others in the UK to check and they are also showing to them as 8pm-12am. It's not with every event and this has me even more confused.

My second query is the deposit. How does the person pay the remainder of the balance after the deposit is paid? I have set up Woocommerce as a way of payment as the client has a shop items within Woocommerce also so this was the easiest, however I cannot figure out how a person would pay the balance if they choose the deposit option.

    Thanks a mill

    Tracey

    Hello Tracey,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Issues like this can occur if your WordPress site is set to be in a different time zone. Since Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city near you. Also, please check if you enabled "Show bookings in customer's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.

If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you've enabled this option, the times on front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in the back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regards to the time zone set in WordPress' General settings).

In regards to paying the remainder of the service amount, when you choose WooCommerce, there is no option for it to be paid except on-site.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,

    Uros Jovanovic
