I'm about to setup some new services and I wanted to have custom email notifications for each of them when being booked.
But there is a problem in my backend. When I click on the "Create New Notification" button for the appointments section on the left, nothing happens and the screen stays in the template of the notification I was in before. I can't setup up anything.
It's different when I click on the "Create New Notification" button in the section for the events on the left. I get to the screen, where I can create a new one for events and everything seems fine.
I added two screenshots, I hope you can understand what I'm writing about.
I searched everywhere I could think of (Google, Documentation, Public Tickets, Articles, wordpress support forum etc.), but couldn't find anything related other than how to setup the notification when the button works.
I tried to clear the cache both in the backend and in my browser. I tried different browsers. I tried this also after deactivating and re-activating the plugin.
Nothing gets the button to work so that I can access the screen to setup a custom notification.
Do you guys have any idea how to maybe solve this issue? I didn't provide a link to my site so far, since it's a problem in the backend. I hope you can help me and that I described the problem sufficiently.

I updated and now it seems to work!
Just noticed 2 things: when I edited one of the custom notifications, the automated message still stayed the same as before the editing. So I got the "old" confirmation email when I booked with my test email addresses. Even when clearing my cache etc. So I had to work around and setup a new notification with the new content and replace the old one.
The other thing is: when I book via my @gmx.de email adress then in 8 out of 10 times the automated/custom confirmation email doesn't get sent to the gmx address. This doesn't happen with another email addres... there the email arrives every time. Still trying to test that and finding out what's going on there. If I can't figure it out I'll make a new ticket here, but maybe you got a quick tip for this or it's just me :)

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
The problem with the "Create new notification" was solved. I appreciate a lot your quick support.
I have made a list with some features that it could be great to have in Amelia, at least I found necessary while I was configuring my business profile. Here you have:
- Send a notification when the "sms notifications balance" is close to finish. It could be great also have an option to renew the balance automatically and not to have tho recharge manually every single time.
- At least my employees needs to configure their own schedule apart from the "official" schedule. Now the only way to do this, is creating a "special day", but, is there a possibility to simplify this process? just only let the employees choose an hour in a specific day without the "special day" process.
- Actually the employees aren't able to create a new customer from their "employees panel", because this, they have to go out the employees panel and make a reserve as if they were a client. It could be great to have this option to simplify the process.
- There is a problem in the "Catalogo Booking form 2.0" at least in my iPhone. When I Try to complete the process to finish a purchase, the recurrence appointment window emerge, but the buttons to choose "yes" or "not" doesn't appears and the process it is blocked here, the customer can't finish the purchase process.
