FINAL DAYS FOR SUPPORT ON THIS PLATFORM
As mentioned through banners and newsletters, starting Sunday (June 1st), we're transitioning to a new support system that will be available through your store accounts (for premium/paid users) or directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder (for pre-purchase questions) through a support widget in the bottom right corner.
Starting June 1st, you’ll no longer be able to reply to existing tickets or open new ones on this platform. Instead, please use the "Submit a Ticket" option, which will redirect you to the right page where you can easily reach out to us.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Where does the Amelia Manager have visibility/access to the other Amelia Employees' appointments?
When an Amelia Manager logs into our site, either through the employee portal or as /wp-admin, all the manager can see is their own appointments, not others. There is also no dashboard. Both the Employee and Manager views look the same, each can only see their own appointments in the Amelia Appointments and Events viewer (see attached Amelia Employee and Manager Views.jpg).
Is the Manager supposed to have a backend view? If so, how do they get there?
As a WP Administrator I have full access in the Amelia backend, but I don't want to give my Manager full Admin privileges.
The Amelia Manager (wpamelia-manager) WordPress capabilities are enabled including the following:
amelia_delete_appointments
amelia_delete_calendar
amelia_delete_events
amelia_read_appointments
ameilia_read_calendar
amelia_read_coupons
amelia_read_dashboard
amelia_read_employees
amelia_read_events
amelia_read_finance
amelia_read_locations
amelia_read_menu
amelia_read_notifications
amelia_read_others_appointments
amelia_read_others_calendars
amelia_read_others_customers
amelia_read_others_dashboard
amelia_read_others_employees
amelia_read_others_services
amelia_read_packages
amelia_read_resources
amelia_read_services
A similar amount of amelia_write priviledges are also enabled.
So, there must be something fundamental that I am missing, or I'm looking in the wrong place.
Thank you,
Brian
Hello,
You can close this ticket. I believe the issue we were having is that we had a plugin called Memberpress and when we deactivated that, the Amelia Manager is now able to log into the backend and see the Amelia plugin features.
Thanks,
Brian
