Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hi Amelia Team,
I posted this question in the wordpress support page, but I'm unsure if it was the right place to post, I copied it over to here.
I’m a teacher and my school is planing a special Health Day.
All normal classes stop that day and pupils will have to register in advance for 3 lessons on 27th april, 8-10am, 10-12am, 14-16am.
In each time block they may choose 1 of 20 courses.
At the End of the day they will have had 3 special lessons.
The different courses have limited numbers of attendees reaching from 8 to 40 according to the different courses.
Would it be possible to organize the lesson bookings with Amelia?
If YES, would I need to have a paid subscription?
Do all pupils need to create a WordPress user account?
Thanks for your help.
Gerard
Hello Gerard.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You would need to purchase Amelia in order to do this. With Amelia Lite, you only have one employee that provides assigned services during his/hers Working Hours, but with the full version of the plugin, you would be able to create Special Days for your employee(s), so different services (at different times) are covered.
The full version is also required in order to increase the capacity of services that you create since with the Lite version, each service is limited to the capacity of "1".
The customers that book appointments (pupils) don't need to create WordPress accounts if you don't want them to.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
