If i understand the issue from the screenshots, it seems that no dropdowns are working in the back-end of the plugin?

It seems there is some kind of conflict on the site between our plugin and either the Theme or another plugin.

Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be).

 If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

This refund has already gone through at the time when you opened the ticket.

But that is OK; when you receive your funds in your account,

you can just purchase a new licence, 

and all of your existing tables and settings will remain the same;

you have to go in the plugin settings/Activation tab and paste your new Purchase Code in order to activate it again.
