My customer wants to book entire days for car service. But if the employee has a registered break, it is not possible to book a 8hours-service.
The customer should not have to choose the employee cause it's not important, so I'ld like to avoid having to employees, one with break and the other without.
Hello Linda,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This is how Amelia is designed. Services can not work without employees. You can guide the employee choice on the booking form in customize section like this
But you must create them and assign them to the service. Also if you have set the break for them the customer can not book this 8 hours service since the employee work hours are not in one part, they do not work 8 hours straight. So if you want to offer 8-hour service you need to set your employee work hours on one part for example from 8 to 16. This is how Amelia is designed and this is how it works.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
