Vielen lieben Dank! Maria Wiegandt
In general, it is GDPR compliant, you can add a consent checkbox to the booking forms and all the data is stored at your server, nothing is stored with us. The only thing that you would need to add manually, for now, is to remove users data if they choose the “forget me” option. We plan to automate this too in the future.
We will gladly help you but in the future may we please ask you to open your own ticket since we do not want to disturb the other user that will receive your and our question and reply.
To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:
So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back-end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.

Dear Marko
How can I add the consent checkbox to the form?
In addition I need a link to the privacy statement on the booking form. How can I implement this?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
Best regards, Irene Held
