I've had problems with the Amelia plugin since I bought it. The latest is that Amelia won't pull through the WP user data. After speaking with someone through this chat, who said users couldn't have more than one role, I have even set up new Admin profiles for all 11 teachers, but it still doesn't work. You've offered to take a look if I set up an account for you, so I created a user account for you (email [email protected]) on Feb 21st and I haven't heard anything since then. I really need a functioning booking system, so if this can't be fixed soon, I need to cancel and find another solution. Please give me an update.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
