Dear Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with the Amelia Enterprise Level Appointment Booking WordPress Plugin that I purchased and activated through Envato. After activating the plugin with Envato, I noticed that the license activation gets automatically removed after every page refresh, and I am unable to enable the plugin's auto-update feature.
I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin, but the issue still persists. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as I am unable to utilize the plugin's full functionality due to this problem.
Please let me know what steps I can take to fix this issue. If required, I am happy to provide you with additional information or access to my website.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
