I am your biggest fan. But I am struggling to be able to use Amelia as my go to software because I can't allot packages to clients unless they go to book through Amelia.
My clients are fitness brands. They sell subscriptions that allot sessions to their clients each month when their payment recurs.
Then the session needs to be deducted from their remaining usage. Is the only way to do this is to have their clients manually purcahse their sessions by starting with the booking process?
I was hoping I could link a WooCommerce product to a certain package of coaching sessions. Then they can share the WooCommerce product link, and then it would drop the session package amount into their Amelia profile.
Unless I did it wrong, I'm seeing that we can only have that WooCommerce product allot a package to the client if the purchase process starts in Amelia. Is that accurate?
Ideally I was hoping that I can create an order through the WooCommerce API and that would create a package of sessions in Amelia.
Unless I did it wrong, I'm seeing this doesn't work either. Then I can add sessions upon any automated workflow to create a purchase for that product and Amelia would add new sessions each time we run it. This will be key for subscription.
Is this possible or will it be sometime in the future?
I have a full-stack developer that might be able to make a custom plugin or something if you could put us in the right direction.
Or even having this on your roadmap would be encouraging.
Sending requests into Amelia and being able to use querystrings to prepopulate booking custom fields are literally the only things holding me back from doing everything we need to do with Amelia.
We are super active with all of your plugins. This just needs a little love and I will build a statue of you all in my front year, haha ;)
We thank you for the compliments. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Every appointment must be booked in Amelia in order to show there. We currently don't have a subscription feature built-in, but it is planned to be included in our Pro and/or Developer licenses at some point in the future. We do not have an eta at this time.
At this time you can book the package manually for your customer in Amelia's back end and the appointments that are part of a package. But there is no option to book outside of Amelia and that appointment be deducted and shown in Amelia.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.

Hello Michael,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We thank you for the compliments. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Every appointment must be booked in Amelia in order to show there. I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
