    Hi there,

    It happened again the SMS notification not working status.

    I am really want to know what is the problem of SMS system.

    1. It is not entered to by login. Sometimes it is entered into but sometimes it is not. If it is not entered then the SMS is not working neither. Hosting provider has already changed from graylist to whitelist several months ago. So I really wondering why this happens again and again. Updates has been done, too.

    2. No SMS to the customers. It was whitelisted from graylist by hosting provider but after two days SMS is not workging. This happens again and again so many customers are undergoing problems and claiming to us.

    Please resove these SMS notification problem. This SMS service is the main reason that I am using Amelia plugin. These problem happen repeatedly and so our clients' claims are increasing. If these problems are not resolved completely I need to stop using Amelia plugin for our business.

    As you can see in my ticktet lists, I have submitted tickets with these problems several times from several months ago. We need to remove the root problem. As I mentioned above, hosting provider responded for this problem and I have attached it.

    You have sent us the same message and my colleague has responded to it and he is waiting for your response.

    For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.

    We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
