I have set up booking slots with a buffer as required for when clients book online. However, when i was on WIX, i also had the manual capacity to book clients in at slightly different times if needed and then the booking system would update the rest of the appointments automatically for that day. As an example, a client books in 1:15pm till 2:15pm and the system rightly shows the next appointment as 2:30pm to clients online, due to the 15 minute buffer. However, clients also book in with me at appointments and for those i know talk a lot, or for those times i need a break, i need to be able to have the choice to input someone manually at 2:45pm instead. This is especially important as i am just transferring all my Wix bookings to the Amelia site, but the time option flexibility isn't available so i can't book them in. Please help. I can't go live with the website and booking system until i can input them accurately.
If you set your default time slot step in general settings to 15 minutes or even 5 and if you turn off of the option Use service duration for booking a time slot you will be able to book the appointments on every 15 or 5 minutes
