We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
is it posible to make service that book appointment on whole week (multiple days in row)? So customer can chose start day and amelia book 5 days in front.
Thanks.
Hello Denis.
At the moment, you can either use the Recurring Appointments feature, or create a Package in which the customer would be able to manually select consecutive days for the appointment.
Kind Regards,

Thanks for answer,
can you explain me how to make recurring app or package in the way that i accomplish that. That customer only can select 5 days in front and not one day tomorow and rest of days in 2 months.
Thanks.
Hi again Denis.
Can you please explain what you mean by "not one day tomorrow"? I don't quite get that.
With Recurring Appointments, your customers wouldn't be limited in the number of appointments they're booking, so a customer can book only one appointment, but another customer can book 20 appointments, recurring daily. There's no way to limit that.
With the Packages feature, you'd be able to create a package that would include a specific service (or multiple services), and you'd be able to define either the number of appointments a customer can book with a single service, or the total number of appointments they can book (if you have multiple services in the package).
The customers would be able to book as many days ahead as the "Period available for booking in advance" is configured in Amelia's General Settings, but the duration of the package will limit the number of days/weeks/months they will be able to book those appointments.
For instance, if you configure the package so it expires in 5 months, and the customers need to book 5 appointments, they will have 5 months to book appointments included in the package. However, if the period available for booking in advance is set to 365 days, they will be able to book an appointment 1 year ahead at the time when they're booking.
Kind Regards,
