Hello, my client encounters many problems on the site that I designed for her with Amelia and because of that she does not dare to communicate on her site.
First problem, customer accounts. Some customers do not receive the link to their email address to create an account even after several attempts. What can explain this?
Another problem is that my client sometimes wants to manually add offers to her clients. When she does this in Services > Packages > Manage Packages > Book Package and adds a client, she cannot then add another client on the same offer on the same day when her course capacity is 10 people. How to solve the problem ?

Also if you are using PHP mail then it go to spam so we advise to set SMTP instead.
But if no customer receives the link some thing is not set up properly. The customer panel placeholder must be set in for example appointment approved notifications so that they can log in and ser password after the first booking.
And then in customer panes access you need to set the same placeholder in order for them to be able to reset password
