We are facing issues with payments. Its been a few times people book for muliple timeslots and the price is correct but only pay for less. Below one of the examples. Total amount: 15.00, Paid 7.50.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hello, this is still not solved? We are still getting bookigns that are not correct.
Look to this example. A client made booking for 19/07. The total price should be 15 EUR but only paid 7,5 and it say paid? You also see still 7,5 is due but that is never needed to be paid.. There is no split payment function in our platform so how is that possible?? This issue is going on for 6 months already; When will it be solved

No but its happening multiple times so no clue how or when it happens.
It has somethign to do when people are ordering for the same timeslot i guess.
Can we set the holding time of a slot to max 45 seconds? How long is it now?
