In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

So unlike Jeff on the ticket 2958122, I have no error message in my WP control Cron Events, it's just that my custom notifications aren't arriving to any inbox (both customers and employees). I believe I've followed every step from the instructions correctly, but it would mean a lot if you could take a look.
The following are screenshots from WP control plugin settings and my custom notification:

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I've updated the plugin and repeated the test from the previous time, unfortunately nothing changed. I've scheduled 4 meetings in my calendar and I've only received the standard Amelia notifications, I haven't received any custom notification about meetings 1h / 10min prior to these meetings.
Honestly, not sure why this isn't working... Everything seems set correctly...
