Hi I'm looking for a event/booking manager tool for a cycle charity website that I run. We have been looking at various options but none of which cater for what the charity need.
Users need to select a date and time slot, then choose a bike (or bikes) from a list as on the above booking link. Each bike will need a cost assigned to it and there needs to be a maximum figure of bike bookings per time slot. Bikes need an inventory so that no duplicate bookings can be made on each time slot.
Please can you confirm if this is all doable with your system and also if you have any charity discounts available?

If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category. The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse.
Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato.
Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.
We hope you understand.
Amelia is not designed for rental, but there is a workaround that may be useful to you.
You can create custom pricing for different tickets for events. Usually, the ticket that are created is for adult, child, couples, etc. But you can offer bikes as tickets. So mounting bike 100$, couple bike 120$, regular 50. etc.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Currently the site booking page allows basic bookings (https://www.pedall.org.uk/book-guided-ride-from-burley-yard/ - see April slots) which is okay but we need some kind of inventory setup so that each bike can be booked.
Is this something Amelia can handle?
