My client wants Gift Vouchers as an option. I am trying to use Amelia to replicate Gift Vouchers. I have created Packages called Gift Vouchers in various amounts. eg $750 which allows for 5 appointments at $150 per booking/appointment. I then created a coupon to the value of 1 appointment and allowed 5 usages of the coupon. I assigned a unique code and then when the voucher is used for 1 booking/appointment and they put in their code it I assumed it would deduct the $150 discount from the $150 per appointment and leave a $0 balance to pay. It doesn't seem to be working, am I doing something wrong? It also needs to work for recurring bookings so if someone books 3 appts they use coupon and $150 is deducted to leave a $0 cost.
