We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have gone through the whole setup process and when i go to embed my date selector on one of my product pages, it will not let me select any dates.. what am i missing?
Also is it possible to change "Book Appointment" title to something else?
Thanks!
Hello Cesar.
I can't say for sure why there are no available time slots on your site, but it could be linked to multiple things.
1. Check the duration of your services with buffer times (for example, if a service lasts 1 hour, and you have buffer time before set to 1 hour, the duration of the appointment will be 2 hours).
2. Check your employee's work hours. If the employee's work hours are shorter than the duration of the service, no time slots will be offered. For example, if your employee works from 09:00 - 10:00, with the service duration explained above, the employee won't be able to provide the service.
3. Edit your services and make sure this slider is enabled:
4. If you have multiple services, and the form on your front-end is filtered to show only a single service (for example [ameliabooking service=1]), access your employee's working hours and check if maybe the employee is assigned to other services, like this:
In this case, the employee is assigned to only these two services within the working hours, but when those hours are edited, you can see there are more services to be selected:
So, if you used a specific service in the shortcode, and that service is not selected in here, it will show no available time slots.
There are more cases when this can happen, but these are the most common ones. Check it out and let me know if you still need assistance afterward.
As for changing the "Book Appointment", you should be able to change it in Amelia/Customize, but I don't know where you saw this, so can you please provide me with a screenshot?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again Cesar.
You would need to add multiple periods to the employee's Working Hours:
In my example, the employee would work from 08:00 - 12:00 on "Beard Trim" service, and from 13:00 - 17:00 on the "Shaving" service. If you need one service to be offered twice, you can create the working hours so the employee works from 11:30 - 07:00 PM, but just add a break between 2 and 4:30 PM.
You can add periods or breaks by clicking on the "+" symbol next to the day name.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
