On my website I have more than 35 tables, Now I want to add a color for evan row and another color for the odd row automatically. but I didn't find any system to do that from the setting. I only found that I can change it manually for every table, but it takes more time. is there any option to apply color for even and odd rows?

You can add custom CSS, and if you want this for all tables, add it to main plugin settings/Custom JS and CSS/Custom CSS.
This is for odd rows :
.wpDataTablesWrapper table.wpDataTable tr.odd td {
background-color: #d73838 !important; color : white !important;
}
This is for even rows :
.wpDataTablesWrapper table.wpDataTable tr.odd td {
background-color: blue !important; color : white !important;
}
