What criteria Amelia use to choose a employee (when the customer don’t choose one employee in particular) for a appointment that got more then one employee available at same time slot for the same service?
Hello Miguel.
Amelia randomly selects an employee if no employee is selected. Something like a round-robin fashion, but not entirely.
There are currently no options to assign the appointment to the least busy employee, but we will work on that in the future.
