I have a problem with metadata coming from %event_tickets% in woocommerce cart. If event has in my case 2 custom prices and a client chooses 1 ticket from one price and 0 tickets from other then in woocommerce cart the event metadata %event_tickets% will show "1 x first ticket, x other ticket". Is it possible to show only the chosen ticket? Or at least say "0 x other ticket" instead of " x other ticket".
It is like that in woocommerce part (woocommerce cart and email with invoice) but another email coming from Amelia Event Booked notification has the info correct with the same variable %event_tickets%.
I'm guessing the string cleaning is done after woocommerce booking or only in Amelia notification sending but it should be done before going to woocommerce cart so client does not get confused.
Hopefully you understand my problem, but if you need more info let me know.
This seems like a bug on our end. We've logged it for our developers, so they can fix it, but at this point I cannot say when it will be included in Amelia.
I hope they'll manage to squeeze it in our upcoming update, but since that's supposed to be released within a week (maybe even this week), I don't believe they'll have the time.
Anyway, thank you for reporting it, and sorry for the inconveneince!
All tickets automatically close after 1 week of no replies.
As feared and mentioned in my previous response, our developers didn't have the time to fix this for the previous update and it should be included in our next major update.
At this time, I don't have an ETA on it, but it should go out in a few weeks.

Hello!
Since the ticket is closed just wanted to ask if there is a solution already or is it coming with the next version?
ATM the issue still exists and really hoping to get it fixed soon ...
