Hello, I have a problem with the time settings for the services. I see, that the min. tine is 30 minutes; in our business we need also 15 minutes - how can I update the settings so that i have 15 min also applicable?
Thank you,
kind regards,
Olav
Hello Olav.
You need to change the default time slot step in the general settings of Amelia.
All times you need to create an Amelia need to be divided by the number selected here. So if you need to allow 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and so on, this needs to be set to 15 minutes.
If you're also looking to add times in between, like 10, 20 minutes, and so on, you need to change the default time slot step to 5 minutes so it's dividable.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
