My client has a requirement to allow online booking for his personal trainers in his boxing club. They way he works is by booking packages of 10, 15, 20 and 30 sessions. Clients can then book each of their sessions based on the trainers availability. If the client is a first time client then there is a registration fee of £100. Returning clients wont pay this registration fee. These rules apply for clients that are not actually members of the boxing club.
Members of the boxing club can purchase packages at a reduced rate per session and can purchase individual or multiple sessions.
Is this possible with this system? (It looks great by the way).
Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but it will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future. So there is no registration fee option in Amelia. But there may be a workaround you're interested in.
Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, or Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins.
Please take a look at our Packages feature, and see if maybe the Packages would be useful for you.
Many thanks for your reply. Is it possible to just create two packages with different prices. We can then use short codes to assign them to member and public pages? We can work around a registration fee at the gym.
Yes, you can create different prices but you can not show different packages per page yet. This option should be implemented in the next update. Possibly this week even.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly this time? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
We don't offer free trials, but we have a 15-day money-back guarantee.
If you purchase the plugin and find it doesn't suit your needs, you can submit a refund request within 15 days from the date of purchase, and be fully refunded.
Before purchasing, you can also check out our demo and sandbox sites to test the full version of the plugin.
Hi, I asked for a full evaluation of the software and was advised to purchase a full licence to do that and I could get a refund after 15 days if it did not fulfil our requirements. Unfortunately the software does not meet our requirements and would like a refund.
Really sorry to hear that you are moving away from the Amelia plugin.
Please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:
If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund Policy, wpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
