I'm building out a new site and need help implementing your booking system.
They are a children's playground with Birthday Parties on Saturday so I need at least two different services to offer.
Birthday Party - 90 min - $300 up to 20 kids - additional kids are $13 each up to a max of 40 (I can't figure out how to do this because when I make the max 20, adding additional makes the service unavailable)
BP's are only from Saturday 1pm to 4pm
Public Play is $13 per kid and available
Tues - Friday 9am to 4pm
Saturday 10 to 12 noon
Do I need to setup individual employees for each product?
How do I set this up so they can't choose the wrong product for the wrong time / day - do they have to choose an employee?
At the moment, the only option would be to add extras for services that would allow customers to those extras (additional kids) and add it to the price. The issue is that this will not be reflected in the capacity of that service.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Please give me the steps to take that would create a birthday party service that allows 20 people, but has the ability to add more people at $13 each (maximum of 40)
I've purchased the lifetime version of this software and so far been unable to use it on any sites. Please help me with this.
I've abandoned the V2 version and went back to V1 but now I have another problem - it's multiplying the price x the number of people in the service and I can't get it to stop doing that.
I'm happy to provide credentials to get this figured out.
I'm having trouble putting Party Room rental into the system - you get up to 20 children (for $300) and the extras are 20 additional children for $13 each.
When I setup the service it looks like it's charging per child even for the first 20 - if I switch it back to 1 the math works out but the text says 1 person so that's misleading. Is there a place to change the words "Total Number of People:" since it says 1 and really should say Number of Parties or something like that.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
This is an example of the French language, but you will choose yours.
Hope this helps If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask.

It's Wednesday now - I have a customer waiting on me to deliver this booking system so please help me understand how to handle adding extra children.
Hello Robert,
Thank you for reaching out to us.

Why would the step-by-step process when using shortcode [ameliastepbooking] only appear when I'm logged in as an administrator?
Look at the two images - admin is where I'm logged in and the step-by-step appears but incognito is where I'm anonymous.
I have the service set to "Show service on site" so it should be appearing.
I've also added both registration pages to be uncached so I don't think that's the problem

Hello Robert,
Thank you for clearing that up.
Words can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example very easily. I suggest you install Loco Translate and then translate these strings.
If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:
1. Download the Amelia plugin from CodeCanyon and save the .zip file on your computer.
2. Unzip the downloaded .zip file.
3. You need to download and install POEDIT.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
