Is there a way that I can email multiple people for each booking as well as send out multiple invitations for each booking?
In my business, I have a large client who does a lot of bookings for my employees. Usually, the point of contact at the client will request a booking and I will do the booking myself.
Using this software, it is clear that myself, OR the point of contact at my client can do the booking (as the customer), and then a booking confirmation will get sent to the customer and the employee.
Is there a way that the point of contact at my client, my employee and myself and all receive the email and calendar invitation?
Alternatively, is there a way that I can have two employees selected for one booking? This way I can register the point of contact at my client as an employee and then add them to every booking that I make.
The end goal is that myself, my employee and the point of contact at the client can see all bookings that are supposed to be happening for all of my employees.
1. Is there a way that the point of contact at my client, my employee and myself and all receive the email and calendar invitation? - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Only the customer and employee can get the calendar invitation
2. Alternatively, is there a way that I can have two employees selected for one booking? This way I can register the point of contact at my client as an employee and then add them to every booking that I make. - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
At the moment, there is no built-in feature in Amelia that would allow assigning two Employees for the same Appointment. However, it can be fixed with a workaround: if you connect both Employees to the same Google Calendar, then in case there's a booking for let's say 10 am with Employee A, then the same time slot at 10 am will be unavailable for further bookings with Employee B as well.
Unfortunately, this workaround doesn't help to select two Employees for an Appointment separately. Thus, they will have to work in "fixed" pairs.
3. The end goal is that myself, my employee and the point of contact at the client can see all bookings that are supposed to be happening for all of my employees. - You as an admin can see all the appointment that you may have. You can make your point of contact as a Amelia manager and they will be able to see every appointmetn on your site but the employee can only see it own appointments. Employees can not see the appoitnemtns from other employees.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
