Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately this does not work, since it is hiding other rows as well that do not need to be hidden (after clicking Proceed). Result:
You can see in the screenshot that we have sent you that the code is working but we can check that again. Can you please send us the page where event are since we can not see any at this time on your site

I just added a new employee with a different location. Now the location dropdown is showing on every form: see https://novacoaching.nl/vrouwenkracht/wombhealing-reclaim-your-voice/, bottom of the page.
How can I hide this dropdown using CSS? Please advice.
