I am working for a client who has already an exciting Amelie booking systeem. I am transferring the data for the new website. (I did in manually)
I exported and imported the clients into the new website, but after this. The whole Amelia Back-end is a mess.
- Appointments are not showing in the calendar, while it says 80 appointments - Appointments are not editable, screen keeps loading - Calendar dates are from 00:00 until 00:00, while working ours are from 10-18 - On the dashboard it is mentioning a clients name instead of my name
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for responding. I understand the fastest way is to get you a admin log-in but I'm not going to do that. The client I am working for is a obstetric practice, so as you may know there is confidential client information there. Hope you understand.
Could you tell me what I am looking for?
This is what I also noticed yesterday after sending the previous message:
On all the imported client the system made a wordpress acount, which we did not wanted. I deleted all the wordpress accounts that are connected to clients in Amelia.
Our client made those appointments with new clients that she added manually (before I imported the other clients). I did not override them
A thought: Maybe because I removed all the wordpress accounts connected to the Amelia clients, there is a connection missing somehow.
On the other hand: I tried to create an appointment manually + with an test account and it also seemed that februari is blocked somehow, even though all the settings of the employees are correct, I can make appointments on other dates.
This means I cannot add appointments that are going to replace those appointments which are not showing in the calendar.

Hello Amber,
Thank you for reaching back out to me.
Can you please let me know if there is any customer that has the same email as the admin user with which you are logged into the back-end?
Looking forward to your reply.
