We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
We have the plugin already installed on www.beautystorejulie.be. We want to have the same plugin installed on the second website www.fitcentergavere.be so we can share the agenda. As we're working in the same space, we need people to see availability of the rooms. How do we do this? Do we need to purchase twice or...Part of the services we offer are the same, others are different.
Thanks in advance!
Hello Lindsey,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category. The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse.
Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato.
Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.
We hope you understand.
You can not connect Amelia through several sites. each installation is separate. What you can do is you can create same empoyee for same service and then connect them to Google or Outlook calendar. And when you enable remove busy time slots on each booking form it will show only available time slots.
So when he is booked on one service on one site form 13 to 14 for example that employee will become unavailable for that time slot on another service and other site.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
