Hello, I set up Amelia for my client who is a yoga teacher. I have set up different services with single courses and courses in packs. The problem is that when a customer reserves a slot one day, it is no longer available for other customers. Yet I put a maximum capacity of 10 places on the services. How do I solve this problem so that reservations are open to more people? THANKS

When you offer group classes you need to enable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia/settings/appointment settings. When this is enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.
If you have any more questions please feel to open another ticket.
"If this is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to submit a booking unless they fill in the minimum service capacity, but once they book for any capacity above minimum, the time slot will become unavailable for booking for others. This has been "enabled" on our app, but Amelia does not allow multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.
You opened a ticket for a similar issue and as far as I can see in the system, my colleague has already answered your ticket.
We have to ask you today for the 3rd time today not to write about the same issue on other people's tickets because there is no need to disturb other users and force them to read our correspondence.
Everyone gets an answer on their ticket and you got an answer on your ticket. If you have more questions related to this issue, please reply to my colleague on your ticket again, and if you have new questions, open a new ticket for a different issue, and I or my colleagues will gladly answer you on your tickets.

Marko, this is confusing. Are you saying Juliette can book 10 people at the same time, same day with just One Yoga Instructor?
Here is the explanation from the popup:
