It seems strange to me that you have to make an e-mail for each addtional time slot. What with classes with +100 people? Then you have to have +100 e-mailadresses?
To avoid any confusion I will paste your question here - I provide classes with place for 3 students in one time slot. I want three students to be able to book the same time slot. - Amelia has group booking option and you can set this easily. You need to set service capacity in services/edit service. For example, a maximum capacity set to 3 like this
When you offer group classes you need to enable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia/settings/appointment settings. When this is enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.
How can I do this? There is one employee who gives the classes. - This way you can have 3 or more people on the same service in the same time slot.
The classes are nog everyday the whole day, how can I set exact hours and not just openinghours? - As for work hours you can set that easily also in employee work hours. You can set that your employee is working on service A from 09-11 and ond service B from 11-13 for example

As we mentioned on the other ticket with Raoul I can see that my colleague is working on that ticket already so please continue your correspondence with him there.
It is not pleasant that Raoul receives notifications for our correspondence in his own ticket. My colleague is already working on that ticket and as soon as he has more information, he will contact you there, and I will continue to resolve the issue with Sofie on this ticket if there is a further need for it.

This is not a "user friendly" way for us to book same time/same day for 10 or even 100 clients.
Also, we are not booking clients to employees, we are booking chairs in our Sanctuary.
This needs to be updated by the programmers
