We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

I would like to know if it’s possible to do the following:

    1) create a category or service (music classes for age 0-3)

    2) add three or more tickets for that category (whole term payment, flexi-pass, single classes, trial classes…)

    3) set an event on the calendar for that specific category or service (Monday at 3.00pm)

In this way our costumers could

    - first select the category or service, - choose the day in the calendar that they want to attend

    - select the right ticket

looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks

    Tiziana

    Hello Tiziana.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not yet possible.

Using tickets with different pricing is only possible with Events

When you enable the “Custom pricing” option, three options will show up for creating the first pricing category (ticket):

    • Name – here you can set the name for your pricing category
    • Price – here you set the price for that individual pricing category
    • Spots – and here you can set the maximum number of spots that will be available for this pricing category.

With the Maximum allowed spots option inside the Custom pricing, you can limit the maximum number of tickets that can be sold for the event in total.

For Services (where you can use categories), you need to define the duration and the pricing of the services that you offer. The available time slots will depend on your employee's working periods. With events, you would be able to configure a date and time when the events will be held.

    Kind Regards,
