If you don't see the Activation Tab in the main plugin settings, it means that you have the Lite plugin version installed.

Please follow the steps explained here, 

it is a step-by-step explanation of how you can safely remove the Lite version and install + activate the Full version.

That is not a way to access your FTP.

You either have to use an FTP client, and ask your hosting support what are the access credentials for it,

or you can also do this from the Hosting Panel's File Manager.

I guess while you went through the steps explained on our Documentation,

and you got to this part /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins.

the "your WordPress folder" means you have to access your the WordPress folder on the hosting server, and to find the WordPress folder on the site.

If that does not help, i can do it for you,

but i will need remote access to WP-Admin of your WordPress,

( URL for WP-Admin page with Administrator username + password),

and also i will need FTP credentials,  you have to ask your hosting what is the "host",  "Username ",   "Password", and "Port" to use.

Also, if you send me any credentials, make sure to mark reply as PRIVATE - for safety, so that only we can see it.
