when I add special day for employee (or normal day) with locations, locations are missing after some time. I don't know why but this is problem when one employee has multiple locations (not at the same time). How this data are stored and why this could be missing? And I saw that, they are missing too after update.
I can't recreate this issue on video because problem is more complicated. For example - today I add location to employee work days or special days and tomorrow they're gone or few days later. Site wasn't updated, etc., because this is a problem for a few months. I tested it in many ways if this isn't other problem but for me - it's Amelia. And my client losts some added employee locations after each update. Can you help me with this?
This can't happen with Amelia's capabilities. I mean, there's no code in Amelia that can auto-delete anything. If you're losing employees, locations, services, etc. it can only mean that they are either deleted from the database, that the database reverts to an earlier state, or that these entities still exist but can't be displayed (usually caused by a conflict), or that the plugin reverts to the Lite version (where multiple employees and locations can't exist).
In 4.5 years, how long Amelia has been active, never was it able to automatically delete anything. Only in case where there's a conflict would we actually be able to restore employees and/or services but that even wouldn't be restored since they would still exist in the database, but instead either finding a workaround for the conflict or solving it.
If you can provide me with your database access credentials and a temporary wp-admin (Administrator) user credentials, I can log in and take a look at the database, but if the locations are deleted from the database table - there's no way we can bring them back.
Make sure to enable the PRIVATE response when responding with credentials, so they're visible only to us.
I don't know how I can replicate the issue, so I'm afraid I won't be of much assistance here. I can see that everything should work fine. You've had 111 locations yesterday, and you have 111 locations today, so I haven't been able to replicate the issue with disappearing locations.
As for the Special Days, you have a lot of employees as well (122), so I can't go through all of them, but I did check a few that appear on the 1st page yesterday, and then again today. They still have all the same Special Days as they had yesterday.
As for the period available for booking in advance - the same bug has been reported to our developers (that the last time slot is not available for booking) and they are working on resolving it for our upcoming update.
It should be released within a week if everything goes well, so until then, could you set the period available for booking in advance to 12 days?
I cannot know which location was selected in the employee's work hours, so there's no way to track this. Amelia does keep track of existing working periods and locations linked with them in the database, but I'm not sure it will show previously configured periods.
If you can provide me with the database access URL and credentials, I can check that. Just remember to post a PRIVATE response again.
These are just notices, not errors, so they shouldn't be causing any issues here.
I forwarded the ticket to our developers, so they can take a look, but you need to know that intermittent issues that we're unable to replicate are extremely difficult to solve. Often, they're impossible to solve, especially when nothing similar ever happened before.
Let's wait for our developers to take a look and I'll get back to you as soon as I hear from them.
I tested that and problem is with mobile. When you save something on your work day, locations are missing from others day and probably special days. Now I need fix for that and will be great again! :)
Edit: I tested that too on desktop employee panel and when I change something as an admin, employee doesn't see that.
Edit2: I duplicated this site on different server, disabled nearly all plugins and it's the same - I see problem with displaying locations/saving it from data for a employee panel. Please, I need fix for this! :)
The fact is that the location is successfully saved in the back-end, as you could see, but it's not showing up in the panel when there's only one location assigned. I'm sure that, if you assign multiple locations, it will be displayed.
We already have a bug created for this, but only with Special Days. I updated it now, so our developers need to take a look at Work Hours as well.
So, to summarize - the issue is that the employees can't see the location in the working hours and/or special days, but in the back-end it remains saved. Let me know if I'm wrong about that, but I believe that's the whole issue here.
"The issue is that the employees can't see the location in the working hours and/or special days" - yes and when they add special day (not editing working ours) or edit one from few working days and they saved it, they lost locations (because they aren't there as you see on video). I'm not sure how it is if they add new meeting from employee panel but you can test it. On admin panel works fine but if employee save something, on admin panel I lost it too and employee with multiple locations has problem with wrong locations when client book a meeting.
That's all in this case I think. I'm waiting for an update, Aleksandar and when this case will be solved, it will be great.
Thank you for the additional explanation, Rafal, I forwarded it to our developers.
They are working on fixing this, so it will most likely be included in 6.3 update. Please update your employees and tell them not to change anything in the Special Days/Working Hours until this is fixed.
The locations still work correctly when configured through the back-end, so they will receive bookings based on those locations.

Hello Rafal.
I don't quite understand the issue here.
Where are the locations missing from, Amelia/Locations, on the front-end when booking, or in Special Days - when you're creating them?
Can you please record your screen and show this to me? We haven't had any issues with the locations or the special days feature.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
