Add password to Amelia custom fields

    Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to add a custom field for the user to select a password on the Amelia Event sign up page.  I am using Woocommerce and when a customer fills out the booking form it takes them to the Wooocomerce checkout page.  It passes along information from the Amelia registration page such as name and email, but the password is blank and needs to be filled in on the next page and is confusing to some of our customers.  I was wondering if there was a way to add a "password" custom field to the Amelia event registration form and have that passed along like the other data to the Woocommerce check out page?

    Hello Brian,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Password can not be forwarded like this. You can create custom field and name it like this and customers can fill it out. Also you can add metadata and add custom field data to be sent but they will not be taken in to account in a way that password is used this will just show the data there for example if you asked them if they like your site and they enter yes.

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
